Although based in Oakville, I work for clients anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and beyond. Individuals – I draft and advise on wills and estates, powers of attorney, and trusts. I advise on personal taxation, pensions and other financial matters.
Businesses – I provide legal, tax and regulatory services to small and medium-sized businesses. This includes incorporation and drafting or advising on key business and commercial contracts – always keeping the tax results in mind!
Canadian charities and non-profit organizations – I provide comprehensive legal, tax and accounting services for charities and non-profit organizations, including compliance with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requirements and reporting. I assist with financial management and with board responsibilities, organization and governance.
